From speaking with Brook for an estimate to the completion of the fence for our backyard, polite, courteous and hard working. They showed up on time, worked hard through the day and had us check work throughout the day to ensure it met our expectations. The tear down clean up was done before the new installation. Their communication & reliability were exceptional. They do not use temporary labor. It is their own team. They use local, made in USA, sturdy fencing. They were so efficient & detail oriented. The pricing was fair and beat out several estimates using poor quality (china-made) fences. I am SO glad we gave them the opportunity to do this job. Support this small business. I needed to fence my property and Im so grateful I chose Nettles Land Services LLC. They explained to me step by step the whole process. They were very polite and willing to answer all my questions. 5 out of 5 starsBrook and Josh do honest work to the up most degree. We needed a simple gate repair after the hurricane we reached out to our prior fence company and saw they had gone out of business. I contacted Nettles land services with a few simple pictures and then Brook coming by for an estimate 2 days later mind you right after a storm which I know they were busy! As I kept seeing their name tagged on Facebook which is why I went with them!! Not only were they will the salvage as many pieces as possible versus other companies who wanted to just throw up a new piece. Josh came out at almost 8pm just because he and brook promised me they would have it done that day. Josh with a flashlight in hand walked up to our door and apologized profusely for being late, even though no hourly window was promised just on his way back from another job, he asked if I was still willing to have him which I said of-course! As my dogs were tired of not being able to lounge in our yard. Josh worked almost an hour in the dark perfecting this gate. Making it straighter than it hung before, going back and forth double checking the swing, mind you he had been out all day. Brook even swung by to help him and clearly is also very meticulous as well. They care about the work they do and value their customers no matter the job. See more See less
